Frequently asked questions

Here at The Bark Park, we are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and secure environment for dogs and their owners. We've compiled a list of questions our visitors often ask to help you prepare for your time with us, whether you're using our indoor or outdoor areas, or our convenient dog washing facilities.

Is my booking completely private?

Yes, all bookings at The Bark Park are completely private. When you book a slot, the entire secure dog play area (either indoor or outdoor, depending on your booking) is exclusively yours for the duration of your session. This ensures a safe and comfortable experience for you and your dog, especially for those who prefer their own space.

What should I bring when visiting The Bark Park?

Dogs should enter and exit the premises on lead. Other than that, everything is provided! We have water bowls, waste bags, and various play equipment available for your use. You are welcome to bring your dog's favourite toys or treats if you wish.

Are there any important rules for visitors and their dogs?

If your pet is unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us and we would be happy to reschedule. For the safety and enjoyment of all our visitors, we ask that all dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations. Please clean up after your dog using the provided waste bags. A full list of our park rules is available on our website and at the park entrance.

Can I bring my reactive dog?

Absolutely! The Bark Park is designed to be a safe haven for all dogs, including those who are reactive. Since all bookings are completely private, you can be assured that your reactive dog will have the entire space to themselves without encountering other dogs. This allows them to relax and play in a stress-free environment.
